Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE ONLY
Please check to see if a Patch Test, or Full Consultation is required prior to any first treatment. A deposit will be required on booking your appointment with us. If you do not call in for your patch test you will still be charged due to time booked out with us.
YOUR DEPOSIT WITH US IS NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
Unfortunately, due to persons booking online and not showing up or cancelling late for high demand appointments, we have introduced a strict Cancellation Policy.
If you do not attend your appointment you will be charged the full amount owing. If you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please see imoportant information for more details.
If there is a chance you may be called into work or there is a risk you may have to cancel last minute on the day of your appointment, please do not book the appointment in advance..
